With document Nr: HCAA/D/B/22884/6635/27.09.2018) the airports division [HCAA] reinstated with a new document to comply with the above and implement the safety recommendation. [HCAA response is evaluated by AAIASB (doc number AAIASB/4118/26.11.208) as "PARTALLY ADEQUATE - OPEN" due to the fact that the SR is addressed to eleven GH bodies/recipients and AAIASB received compliance reply only from two of them]

Response: HCAA responds with its letter [HCAA /D2/E/22173/18.06.2019] that:
In accordance with the applicable EU reg. 1178/2011 (as amended), it is a prerequisite for the Training Organization under approval or in operation, to have Training and Operations Manuals. In legal requirements for the manuals to be accepted by CAA, the Training Organization clearly states the applicable restrictions (limitations) when carrying out training flights in relation with the aircraft type, the phase of flight, range, route and in addition, they may still impose more restrictive terms on a case-by-case basis, following a Risk Assessment of the Organizations Training Activities.
AAIASB assessed the response to SR 2014-01 as “Adequate” and set the SR status: “Closed” on 01/08/2019 [document AAIASB/2763/01.08.2019].
