Summary:

On May 19th, 2016 a Greek paraglider pilot took off from Omplos mountain of Achaia County. During the flight the pilot hit the side of the mountain and was seriously injured. The Special Unit for Disasters Encountering was activated and the pilot was transported to Patras University Hospital with a helicopter.
