RESPONSE to Safety Recommendation:

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation Authority Airports Department in cooperation with the Hellenic Air Force made sure that the remaining runway length signs were removed from the safety zone of runway 09/27 at Heraklion Airport (HCAA document: D3 / D / 33276/8619).
